Edward Tunney, Chief Executive Officer and founderof The Tunney Group, has over 40 years of experience developing and supervisingthe construction of commercial and residential properties, consistentlycreating value for clients and partners. Mr. Tunney has served as a licensedreal estate agent in both Illinois and Tennessee, with a deep understanding ofmetropolitan marketplaces. His extensive background in the hospitalityindustry, as a restaurant entrepreneur and manager of a premier senior livingproperty, further enhances his expertise in administration, marketing, andfinancial planning for real estate projects.

Mr. Tunney served as the managing partner for theground-up development of the 79-unit Logan View condominium and commercialproperty, completed in 2007. Since then, he has built and rehabilitated a widerange of projects, including mixed-use condo complexes, single-family homes,nightclubs, and restaurants. Most recently, he developed The Avery, a modernboutique condominium building in East Nashville, Tennessee, which sold outentirely. The Avery is a midrise, multi-unit condo complex that exemplifies hisability to deliver high-quality residential properties. His next endeavor is a46-unit condominium development in the Sylvan Heights neighborhood ofNashville, further showcasing his commitment to innovative and thrivingcommunities.

Mr. Tunney's career began alongside his father,the owner of William J. Tunney Construction, a company known for buildingsingle-family homes and apartment buildings in Chicago and its suburbs for over50 years. To deepen his industry knowledge, he joined Mayfair Construction in1977, eventually becoming Construction Supervisor, overseeing the constructionof three downtown office and residential sites, totaling more than 2 millionsquare feet. Today, one of his proudest accomplishments is expanding the familybusiness into the Nashville market with his adult children, furthering TheTunney Group's legacy in a new region.
